Terms and Conditions 5999 Platform Usage

1 Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use the platform 5999, you must meet the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Be at least 18 years old at the time of registration. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time.
• Not a citizen or resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is legally prohibited.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your country.
• Not currently on the self-exclusion list of any gambling platform that has a partnership with 5999.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the 5999 platform. Creating multiple accounts using the same name, phone number, email address, identification number, or payment method is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts.

Upon registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. False or inaccurate information provided during registration may result in account termination, and any remaining balance or unclaimed wins will be forfeited.

2 Account & Security

You are fully responsible for the security of your account username and password. 5999 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorized use of your account.

• Never share your login credentials with anyone, including family members.
• Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for an added layer of security — available in your account settings.
• Log out of your account after every session, especially when using a shared device.
• Notify our support team immediately if you suspect any suspicious activity on your account.

5999 will never contact you to request your password, PIN, or sensitive financial information via email or message. Any such communication is a fraudulent attempt and should be reported to us.

3 Deposits & Payments

5999 supports a wide range of deposit methods including local bank transfers (FPX), e-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost), debit/credit cards, and cryptocurrencies (USDT, BTC, ETH). Available methods will be displayed during the deposit process.

• Minimum deposit is RM 30 for most payment methods.
• All deposits must come from an account or payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• 5999 does not charge any processing fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may impose their own charges.
• Deposited funds may only be used for gambling purposes on the 5999 platform and must not be regarded as savings or an investment.

If your deposit has not been credited within 15 minutes, please contact our customer support with proof of transaction. We will investigate and resolve the issue within 24 business hours.

4 Bonuses & Promotions

5999 offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions for new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to rollover requirements (wagering requirements) clearly stated on their respective promotion pages.

• The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per new member.
• Rollover requirements typically range from 5x to 30x depending on the bonus type. Full terms are listed on the Promotions.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they must be used for wagering until the rollover requirement is met.
• Certain games may be excluded or may only contribute a specific percentage toward fulfilling the bonus rollover. This information is stated in the terms of each promotion.
• 5999 reserves the right to void bonuses if there are signs of abuse, fraud, or wagering strategies deemed to be solely aimed at obtaining bonuses without genuine play intent.

5999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any changes will take effect immediately and will not affect bonuses currently in the rollover process.

5 Withdrawal of Wins

5999 is committed to processing all valid withdrawal requests promptly and efficiently. Processing times depend on the chosen withdrawal method.

• E-wallet: Processed within 3–15 minutes.
• Local bank transfer: Typically 30 minutes to 2 hours on business days.
• Cryptocurrency: 15–60 minutes depending on blockchain network congestion.

Minimum withdrawal is RM 50. Withdrawals must be made to the same account or payment method used for the deposit, except in special circumstances requiring approval from our finance team.

All withdrawals are subject to standard compliance review. 5999 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) documents before approving withdrawals, particularly for amounts exceeding RM 5,000 or where unusual account activity is detected.

6 Game Rules

All games available on the 5999 platform are subject to their respective rules as stated within the game interface. Members are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of each game before playing.

• The outcome of all games is final once a round is completed and cannot be disputed on the grounds of dissatisfaction alone.
• Any technical disruption during a game that results in an incomplete round will be resolved based on our server data, which is considered final.
• Bets placed during an internet connection disruption are entirely the member's responsibility.
• 5999 reserves the right to void bets or rounds affected by technical errors, pricing errors, or obvious system malfunctions.
• Prohibited betting strategies include but are not limited to: the use of automated bots, scraping software, and any third-party tools that automate in-game actions.

For Live Casino games, members are required to respect the dealer and other players in the same session. Offensive language, threats, or behaviour that disrupts a live session may result in account suspension without prior warning.

7 Identity Verification (KYC)

As part of our commitment to platform security and anti-money laundering prevention, 5999 conducts an identity verification (Know Your Customer / KYC) process on its members.

• Required documents may include: MyKad national identity card (front and back), proof of current address (bank statement or utility bill within the last 3 months), and a screenshot or statement of the payment method used.
• Submitted documents must be clear, unedited, and valid. Blurry or altered files will be rejected.
• The KYC review process is typically completed within 24–48 business hours. You will be notified via email or in-platform notification.
• Withdrawals will not be processed until the KYC verification has been successfully completed for accounts flagged for review.

All submitted documents are handled securely in accordance with our Privacy Policy and will not be shared with third parties without your consent or as required by law.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

5999 reserves the right to suspend or close a member's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Fraud, identity impersonation, or providing false information during registration or KYC.
• Bonus or promotion abuse, including account manipulation and coordinated wagering (chip dumping).
• Use of unauthorized software or methods to gain an unfair advantage.
• Suspected activity related to money laundering or terrorism financing.
• Account claimed to be owned by an individual under 18 years of age.
• Self-exclusion requests submitted by the member themselves.

Members may also voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting our customer support. Any valid real-money balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned upon completion of review, subject to fulfillment of all platform requirements.

5999's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances is limited to the actual deposit amount made by that member within the 30 days prior to the claim, excluding bonuses.
